"The company first helped me with a project for my mother-in-law. We wanted to give her wooden blinds on one narrow window that would match the others in the home. I called several places and no one was willing to come out to the house for the single window. I called Vickie Buckner's business and she came out right away. My mother-in-law loved her. The window matches perfectly. The second project was for our new house. Vickie came out and worked with us before we moved in. She helped us get the best quality for our budget. She made some very useful suggestions; for example, we love our cordless shades our glass doors. We have had several mishaps because we vacuumed up a cord or two. Vickie came out to our house and did her very best to help us resolve the problem. She removed the shades and took them into Portland for repairs. She hasn't charged anything for all of her house calls. She just made another one for us this week, (four years after she installed the window treatments) which prompted me to comment on Angie's List. Vickie is friendly and cheerful. She really cares about her business and her reputation. My husband and I feel spoiled by her willingness to make things right, totally above and beyond the call of duty. I know you can probably find some bargain basement prices on window treatments at different department stores, but there is no way you will ever find the kind of service and follow-up customer care that Vickie Buckner provides."

Her years of experience were readily apparent as she is very knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations. I made my selections and they were ordered. When they were shipped Vickie and her installer arrived and installed them doing a very neat, clean, and fast job. Both Vickie and the installer were very pleasant and professional.
